Export Assistance
The Department monitors exports from the State and gives information on the trade enquiries to the prospective entrepreneurs. Also participates in trade fairs and exhibitions to facilitate the exporters.
Objectives
Trade promotional activities like conducting and participating in National and international trade exhibitions, seminars taking and receiving trade delegations, providing export guidance to the trade and industry and dissemination of export and import information.
Establishment of Logistic and Trade Promotional Infrastructure like Container Freight Stations, Inland Container Depots, Cold Storage Plants, Warehouses, Free Trade Warehousing Zones, Logistic Hubs, Truck Parking Terminals, Trade Fair Complexes with Exhibition and Convention Centers.
Manufacture and sale of “Golkonda” brand note books and Plain Copier Paper both in the Government sector and in the open market.
