The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation — TGIIC — is the Government of Telangana’s industrial infrastructure arm. It identifies and develops growth centres across the state, handing over plots and sheds already served by roads, drainage, water and power.
Everything below covers the life of a project on that land: finding a vacant plot, applying for allotment, getting a building plan approved, connecting water, cutting a road, and paying property tax once you are running.
