How the clock runs
Hyderabad is India’s second-largest and fastest-growing data-centre market, while the state projects a capacity of 8-10 GW.
Global hyperscalers and leading data-centre operators, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, AdaniConneX, CtrlS, Sify Technologies, STT GDC, CapitaLand Investment, AirTrunk and Nxtra by Airtel, are already here. They have access to large contiguous land parcels and high-capacity power, fibre, road and water infrastructure.
Dedicated data-centre clusters at Chandanvelly and Bharat Future City, strong power infrastructure and planned treated-water supply make Hyderabad a strong location for hyperscale and AI infrastructure.

1,000+ acres designated in Chandanvelly and BFC with operational data centres.
1,500 acres near Chevella
High-capacity 220 kV, 400 kV and 765 kV power infrastructure
Planned 230+ MLD treated greywater supply to each of Chandanvelly and Future City
Inland, seismically stable geography with no cyclone, flood or tsunami exposure
Operators range from global hyperscalers to Indian colocation majors and emerging AI compute infrastructure. Several hyperscalers operate in the same city. AWS runs three availability zones, and Microsoft has launched its India South Central cloud region from Hyderabad.

TGIIC has identified dedicated land banks at Chandanvelly, Mirkhanpet/Future City, Raviryala and Shamshabad, with power, water, fibre and road connectivity close by. The parcels are campus-scale.

The Young India Skills University and operator-led programmes train specialised data-centre talent. Microsoft runs in-house academies to train data-centre engineers.
