Telangana Proposes Annual WEF Follow-Up Forum in Hyderabad, Reviews C4IR Progress

CM Revanth Reddy proposes an annual WEF follow-up forum in Hyderabad and reviews progress of C4IR Telangana with WEF MD Jeremy Jurgens.

At WEF 2026 Davos, Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy met WEF Managing Director Mr Jeremy Jurgens and Ms Manju George at the Telangana Pavilion. Telangana proposed hosting an annual WEF follow-up forum in Hyderabad (July/August) to enable quicker follow-ups on January discussions, given today’s fast business cycles.

WEF responded positively and expressed interest in partnering on Telangana Rising 2047. The meeting also reviewed the progress of C4IR Telangana (launched at BioAsia 2024) and discussed the state’s growth strategy, including CURE–PURE–RARE and Bharat Future City.
