The visit, with Dr. Anirudh, IRTS, Indian Railways, gave an overview of Amazon’s supply chain management, fulfilment and technology-driven operations.

Telangana’s logistics team visited Amazon Headquarters in Hyderabad to gain an overview of its operational and logistics processes, including supply chain management, fulfilment and technology-driven operations.

The visit, undertaken along with Dr. Anirudh, IRTS, Indian Railways, provided useful insights into best practices in large-scale logistics and process optimisation, with relevance to public-sector transportation systems.
