Ambassador of Italy visits Hyderabad; joint committee proposed to promote bilateral investments

H.E. Antonio Bartoli, Ambassador of Italy to India, visited Hyderabad along with the Consul General and the Scientific Attaché, at the direction of the Hon’ble Minister. The visit showcased Telangana’s innovation, industrial and logistics ecosystem.

Key engagements included:

• An interaction at T-Hub, with discussions with the CEO and team
• Visits to Genome Valley, IKP Knowledge Park and T-Works
• Insights on Telangana’s emerging logistics and supply chain ecosystem, supporting industrial growth and global connectivity
• A meeting with Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu
• Visits to the Salar Jung Museum, the English and Foreign Languages University, and Charminar

A proposal was made to establish a joint committee between the Government of Telangana and Italy to promote bilateral investments.

Telangana thanked the state leadership and the Ministry of External Affairs Secretariat in Telangana for their support in strengthening diplomatic engagement, a step forward in deepening India–Italy collaboration.
