Introduction to TASK

Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) is a not for profit organization established by the government of Telangana in 2014, that works with the primary objective of skilling youth and making them more employable and hence, curb the unemployment rate in the state. The organisation caters to students from diverse academic courses and socio-cultural backgrounds, works on its objective through a three-pronged approach.

CASE -I : Resolute Electronics

Resolute Electronics is a flagship brand of Skysquad Electronics and Appliances Pvt Ltd. Based out of Hyderabad, the company specialises in catering to electronic manufacturing requirements for multiple industries, ranging from the power sector to medical electronics. Due to their huge range of operations, they have a continuous requirement of skilled manpower in different areas. TASK worked with Resolute Electronics and provided more than 130 trained technicians for their mobile handset assembly and LED bulbs assembly plants.

CASE -II : Sterlite industries & T-Fibre

Working with T-Fibre and Sterlite, TASK fulfilled their manpower requirement for Optical Fiber Technicians. More than 1500 skilled technicians were hired by Sterlite and deployed in the government’s project of providing Internet connectivity to every part of the state.

CASE -III : Safran Engineering Services and P3 Consultant Engineering

Through partnerships with Safran Engineering Services and P3 Consultant Engineering Pvt Ltd, TASK placed around 140 students in the aerospace and aviation sector in different job roles.
